The Pink Bathtub of Hinton, Alberta

 I did not expect to find a pink bathtub in the Timberland Motel in Hinton Alberta. At first, I thought it was a trick of light. Eventually, I realized my confusion could be credited to the beautiful subtlety of this particular shade: a soft dusty rose. Alberta, wild rose and pink motel bathtub country. Less unexpected, but also witnessed at the Timberland motel: redneck karaoke and an educational breathalyzer test for the cost of a toonie.
